I don't know of an aftermarket power steering system available. Mopar Norm has been trying to develop on, but insurance constraints have always been in the way. The system on my truck is very effective, and has been trouble free for me. It's definitely a factory system, as it's ID'd on the plate on the cab. I think it's a Garrison unit.
