Or another question, how likely is it to pass? There are A LOT of bills in the Senate, and most of them never get anywhere. If I got all worked up over every silly bill that was never going to get out of committee I would have a stroke!

Bills up for an actual vote that have strong support of over half the legislators are the ones to worry about, not something that will never see the light of day.
