Paul,
I saw a truck with Buckstop bumpers the other day at the local Lowes parking lot. The rear bumper was in bad shape cosmetically, peeling, lifting PC all over it. Obviously, that would imply there is a definite production defect with how they PC, not a one time problem with the ones you bought.
They are going to be in trouble financially from tanking sales if they continue, as the word has to be getting around.
