If you are talking the WC civilian truck, the short answer is that the floors are different. The WC sits on top of a flat chassis without 4WD so the base of the cab is fairly flat, where the PW cab has the hump in the floor to clear the transfer case cross-member. There are some other small differences across the firewall as well where the hood sections meet it. The PW chassis has the 6" drop in it so you also have to make the opening for the trans higher up the firewall - if that makes sense. I used an Australian made civilian Dodge cab on my PW and found out lots of this stuff.
