Unlike most here I actually do have sociali"z"ed health care run by the Government, the famous NHS here in the UK.
Costs me about 5% of my income, and it is far from perfect, but is has provided adequate care for me and mine all my days, which is what I need. Since I am my own employer I'm actually paying the employer and employee contributions so it's probably a hair more than that.
To me, it is all about how it's done, and who runs it, and who keeps the money, not the basic principle.
I'll get back to working on the Dodge now
