While we on the subject of fuel. The obama administration has approved a 2 billion dollar grant to a Brazil Oil company to aid oil exploration in Brazil. A note, the person with the largest holdings in this oil co in Brazil is Georg Soros billionaire
extrodinaire. But we cannot expolre for oil in this country???
