I need to redo the windshield frame on my carryall and this is what I came up with from the archives. The 1/2 ton frames are identicle to the PW frame except for the way they attach to the truck, correct??
1. Heat the screws with a pencil torch and touch them with wax to coat the threads
2. If that does not work, drill the heads off and seperate the frame pieces and use an easy out on the screws
3. If non of the above works, take it to a Tap and Die shop and spend $200, like I did last time. Robert.
