I like Manny have a TP Tools Blast Cabinet. I bought the large 960 SE cabinet. It uses a siphon feed to the gun. I never have a pickup problem, the cabinet just works.

With that said, there are consumables that need to be changed when they wear with the abrasive media. The cabinet came with ceramic nozzles. These nozzles were only good for a few hours of blasting with Black Beauty. When the hole size in the nozzle increased with wear, the siphon action went down fast and the blast stream was bad. The easy fix is to buy the TP Tools Tungsten Carbide nozzles. I have been using these nozzles since 2000 when I got the cabinet. I bought a 3 pak and am now on my last nozzle....thats 9 years and I use my cabinet a lot. There is also a another part that the media flows thru, when that wears the blast stream goes down. I suggest you measure your nozzles and any other parts in your gun, then go to www.tptools.com and look at blast cabinet parts. See if your size is listed, if not call TP Tools and ask if they can help you with the right parts or maybe a new TP Tools gun to use on your cabinet.

I never filter my media. When the Black Beauty gets dull and no longer cuts, I change it. Depending on the job, I use Black Beauty Fine or Medium.

I am very pleased with my Cabinet......now my 100# pressure blaster will drive you to drink. But thats another story ha ha.
