You "sell" vehicle to Broadway via Bill of Sale. They "sell" it back to you with a Bill of Sale with their Alabama address on it.
A racket pure and simple.
Alabama has no title law on vintage vehicles. Also NY and others. I think you can print out an official looking Bill of Sale from NY or other non-title states.
You could have bought your truck from anyone at a flea market (like Hershey) and they could write you a Bill of Sale with their Alabama address on a used Kotex and your state would have to honor it.
Some times yoo have to be creative and not panic.
Is you serial plate still intact?
