Water works great ! Years ao I put a junk yard ( thats what they were called back then ) in a 65 Chevelle. Had a knock like a piston was going to come out the side of the block. 1 qt of h2o and it ran great. Idled @ 400 with a glass of h2o on the air cleaner without a ripple !
