I sent this post to my father in Pa who is a old car guy.
Here are his responses:

I have a hunch that it is a Studebaker, maybe mid-twenties, and not one of the large Commanders or later Presidents. The hubcaps resemble what I recall of both the Dodge and Studebaker, but the radiator emblem more closely resembles the Studebaker, with its name set diagonally across the emblem.

After further research, it looked like a 1924 Studebaker Light Six, but the radiator was slightly different. Further research found the same radiator on a 1925 Studebaker Standard Six, which Studebaker used to replace the Light six of the previous year.
So. . . my educated guess is that the car is a 1925 Studebaker Standard Six.
