Hi Marty. I'm not sure anyone in government thinks very far out. My uncle told me about the hundreds of Jeeps and other military vehicles that were started up, put in gear and allowed to idle off the end of a carrier into the ocean so the government didn't have to haul them home. A friend watched the hundreds of Power Wagons, dozers, and other vehicles buried in huge graves in Alaska for the same reason. Remember what they did a few years ago with the Hummers and other vehicles that were deemed unfit for civilian use....cut them up into unusable pieces. There isn't a lot of rhyme or reason to what is going on.
