I'm pretty sure those numbers are no longer available any more from any parts house.
As far as I know the only way to get shoes is take them and have them relined. Your Napa should know who might stll do this in your area.
Mostly large truck parts suppliers do it.
AB Linn and a few other vendors sell them relined. You might check some of the Military guy's.
