At the risk of being laughed at I used two driver side exhaust manifolds. Because they dump out near the center. I then got "and here goes" A piece of 2"ridgid gavlanized conduit. welded a flange on to mate to the manifold. bent it as needed. I havea heavy duty pipe bender,and added mufflers.
My exhaust ends just behind the cab.
Works great and looks good. Bill
