Combat wheels

Does anybody know where to get replacement studs and nuts for combat wheels that fit a FFPW. I have 3 broken on my set.

Any good ideas on how to get the u joint assemby off the output shaft of the PTO going to the winch. I tried a pickle fork with no luck. Is heat the only answer.
