This is clearly an obsolete seal, and not the one cataloged for this application (2228663/NSN 5330-00-350-3019) - the ID is wrong. It is going to be hard to find, and is not in current production - maybe part #1508982. May still have to go the re-engineering route, but am trying to find the original part at this point.
