Stupid question - battery location

I need to move my battery from the running board (brush truck) to the engine compartment. I've got a bank of transformers on the drivers side of the engine compartment that I'll be pulling and I know that's where the battery goes. How does it mount? Is there a tray that mounts directly to the frame, or are there interim brackets. A photo or a good explanation would help.
