MU2 shear pin

What is the proper dia. pin? My winch shaft has been abused . It looks like it was repair welded at some point. The cross drilled hole is egg shaped. The yoke on the shaft from the PTO is not an original The hole in it is for a tapered pin. It had a bolt in it when I disassembled it eons ago. I may need a custom pin.
