Hey Jerry. Yes, that is the tube through which clean filtered air is drawn into the crankcase. The serviceable PCV valve (Donaldson Valve) is plumbed into the center passenger side of the intake manifold. From this, a tube angles over and attaches to a special fitting where the road draft tube would be on the crankcase of a non Power-Wagon engine. Through this Donaldson valve, contaminated air is drawn out of the crankcase and burned in the combustion chambers. The Donaldson valve allows air movement in one direction only.
