It occurs to me that both parties are pandering to the outer fringes, when most people are much more centrist.
So, the centrist two-thirds from each party could become the biggest of three parties. We would leave the fundies and the commies to their own selves.
Here's a quick list of some things that the centrist (most of us) really are not concerned with, the two parties stir them up just to be devisive to each other:
Gun control
Abortion
Civil rights
G a y anydamthing
Whales
Health Care
Most of us are happy with the way things are, but believe "It's the economy". Followed by international politics.
Oh well, nobody died and left me to run things. I guess I'll go crawl back under the Power Wagon.
