brake question ?

i need a ball park fiqure on what a set of front shoes are worth and cant get the drums of the front> last guy messed the 3 screws up bad when he put on the shoes > i tried my impact driver but theres no meat left in the 3 screws can i pull the whole hub off or just drill out the 3 screws any ideas would be helpful ` Copey
