From the 1961-62 Dodge truck parts book, seal #2228663 with wiper #1508699 is the only numbers listed for W500 series. That seal is US Gov NSN #5330-00-350-3019. Under that NSN listing is the Rockwell #A1205P432 & A1205R772. From a google search, Tractor Service & Supply in Ohio might have one of these seals (packing with retainer) in stock. Their phone is 800-848-9456. While searching for the Rockwell numbers I saw them come up in a discussion on the G503 website for someone looking for seals for WW2 vintage axles....
