We used the Ozone machines to treat cars that had caught fire... if you have ever been in or near a vehicle that had a fire in it, you know have strong that odor is. I'd imagine that it should work as well or better with rodent odors.
I've recently had a similar issue with a truck - very, very bad field mice infestation and horrible smell. Once I got the droppings and garbage out that they carried in, I used bleach in a spray bottle. You might try that.
