Centered Rear End

I found two WC rear ends that appear in the picture like they would work with the PW third member. But, the rear cover has been welded on and I am not familiar with these. Anybody familiar with these and know for sure if they would work. I have to drive a couple of hours to pick them up and the man that has them wants to know for sure that I am going to buy them because he has to take them out of storage. He says as far as he knows they are out of a late model WC with the larger ring gear.
