Never seen that before. You always know it's a common problem when your local dealer has ALL the parts needed IN STOCK.
Have you had any of your early CTD's fry the pigtail on the voltage regulator(when it dies) on the firewall? First time it happened it caught on fire before I could get the cable off. Took the one way clamps off all of them after that so if I smelled that "electrical" smell I could diconnect fast.
.....Dealer has those pigtails in stock ;)
