Do the Ford guts have 3-wire option?

I've repro-ed some bodies in fiberglass, so I'll need a ground wire. Plus, I want the two-filament socket.

Plus, it's a good idea to drill a drain hole in the bottom, lowest point. We wouldn't need to replace so many if the factory had done that.
