this earth is an amazing thing. we are in the third year of a drought, and my dad, who lives in palm coast florida told me the other day they got 30 inches of rain in around 5 days. theres gotta be a way we can get that water to needed areas of the country, especially when there is such an excess in other parts.
maybe some thoughtful pw guy has an idea on how to do that.....
