It belongs to a Steve Smith out of Idaho Falls, Idaho. He has mega bucks invested into its conseption. I shall not say restoration, as it was a complete build from the ground up.
It has way too many features for me to even try to explain.
Steve also has a restored Power Wagon and a real nice WC-12 pickup.
