I have a 69 W300 with 7.50x16 tires. The cab clearance lights just clear a 7 foot door frame with a one inch molding. Based on this I would estimate with some certainty that my truck is pretty close to 6' 10" tall. Hope this helps. If you need a closer measurement let me know and I will measure it directly.
