since it is faded OD green it was probably used on the 1.5 ton Chevy or the 2.5 ton GMC possibly the IHC M-6H 6x6 if it has a rating of 15,000 lbs on the nameplate...if it is 20,000 lbs it was on the scout car or halftrack... it may say 'maede-morrison' on it also.
