HAS ANYONE USED THE EASTWOOD KIT TO RELINE RUSTY FUEL TANKS? OR ANY OTHER IDEAS TO REMOVE RUST AND REPAIR THE TANK . THERE ARE NO HOLES IN THE TANK BUT THE INSIDE IS REALLY RUSTY.
