That sounds lika a Monarch hydraulic pump, and yes thats what it would have come with. I have one if anyone is looking for one.
All of the PTO's had a rear output, do you have more than that? Rear belt pulley set-ups are very spendy, in the 2 to 3K range, fepending on completeness.
