You will get a lot of opinions on the 'Best' paint.
On your mentioned parts, I apply Pickle X 20, then shoot PPG, MP-170 Epoxy primer, then top coat with PPG Hardened MOA Chassis Black. The Headlight Buckets get Pickle X 20, them MP-170 Epoxy Primer and top coated with Base/Clear PPG Black.
My 'opinion' is that nothing coming out of a rattle can will get a good long term job on a
vehicle .
