I think there is a bit of masochism in is old iron lovers- at least I can shut her down when I get tired and go into my a/c cooled house. It gives me appreciation to the old timers who made a living using these machines. What model Northwest and did u operate, shovel or a pull shovel? I understand Northwest controls were unlike the other makes.
