I've been able to do large parts (fenders, hoods etc.) by building a frame out of 2 x 10's, then using heavy plastic tarp to hold the water. I'd use large pieces of sheet metal and sandwich the parts in between them using small wooden blocks... wire-up the parts and the sheet metal and let her go for 3 days or so. Paint and rust falls right off. I have Truck bedsides I'm going to do this way too. I better get the wiring right for that one!
