I dont know if I'm up to pulling those rivets 8) but I have a frame I'm about to scrap that you can have the cross member off of it. It has some rust on the ends but maybe not to bad I'll have to poke around it some tomorrow. LMK if you don't find a better one in the next few days. here are some pics
