I got one from an outfit near Barstow, whose name I can't recall off hand, but I don't think it was Antelope Valley Truck (though you could call them). They had a bunch of new surplus ones a few years ago. I got another one that was in with a low voltage distribution box I bought from Ft Lewis. You could make your own, but now very well unless you wanted to put a whole lot of work into it. If you could find the plugs, that would make it easy.
