This W300 could have been one of the last W300s that came with 6 vent 19.5s. They have since been removed.
I bought this truck out of Denver maybe 6 years ago. The previous owner rebuilt the engine, then parked the truck because of a failed u-joint.
I picked up the W300 and headed to Ouray for the PW event. Went off-roading with it, sitting on my 20ft gooseneck pulled by my 98 Ram 2500....looking for camp up the mountain after too many miles on the road...
a thunderstrom rolled in while I am on the mountain looking for camp...scary...I wet my pants and went back into town.
A funny dude recognized me and waived me down, offering his suite for an overnight stay....poor fellow never saw a wink of sleep that night due to my snoring, and his poor dog could not drink from the commode either.
Back home in Texas, I quickly had the truck running nicely, and took it to Pat and Wandas in Sept.
Thanks to my friend for the overnight stay.
