Does Williams still make tools?

I used to live right down the street from a Williams tool factory in Buffalo, N.Y. They made some really great tools, and we had a lot of their "BIG" tools at a mine I worked at. Seems like we had some 1" drive stuff, and some big hammer wrenches that we used on draglines and power shovels. I do not ever remember breaking a Williams tool.
I never see that brand now. I guess they are out of business??
