The reason I asked is because the movement at the pedal was greater in proportion to the movement at the rod as it enters the MC when I was observing things. So, its the pedal movement that is measured at about 1/4" ideally.
I already has adjusted the brake set up so the pedal stop was met at 7/16" which is a number I read about in the archives here. Can someone explain the correlation with this number vs. the 1/4" free play figure?
I probably should leave things alone and maintain the original push rod adjustment; I was working on an issue with my MICO not wanting to release pressure, which is another subject altogether even though it appears to relate to the MC.
