I have a '64 W-300, and it has a fuse box. Same one as in my '65 A-100 van. I just got a factory service manual for the '64, and it does not show a fuse box in the wiring diagram. I wonder if it could have been a factory option, as the previous owner was not capable of such an upgrade. My '67 service manual shows the truck as it is, with fuse box and emergency flashers. If my wiring diagrams would help, I'll scan them and send them over, or copy and mail. Rob
