If you don't have any luck at the other places, I have a windshield frame off of a M211/ M135 vehicle which should work. It has some welding done to it, and is not pretty, but If you need it, you can have it for $25.00. If you are interested, send the measurements of the M-37 one, so I can compare them. I am interested in seeing how close they are.
