'53 PW Wiper motor replacements & rearview mirror

Two questions here: 1) has anyone found a good reliable replacement (doesn't have to be original) electric wiper motor that uses something besides the cheap old-style blades? 2) I'm looking for an interior rearview mirror for my '53 - preferably for less than $30. I don't care if the chrome is shot.
