The engine I have is from another user here on dpw. It already has the correct bell housing (and some engine mounts for a town wagon, I might ahve to mod for a 48ffpw) If I could find a good housing and 4500, I would consider the swap, but $ is tight right now. It look like the transmission is only bolted to the bell housing which means I either have to block it up, or pull it at the same time. I am not sure how to pull the stick from the tranny, there appears to be a cut off bolt/screw on the passenger side, but no way to remove. I was hoping to just leave that in there, without discoing all the levers. I still don't know how to remove teh clutch lever to extract the engine / bell housing.
