electrolytic rust removal

ive been working on cleaning up my power wagon, a friend told me about electrolytic rust removal, i was quite scepticle but it turns out this is a very good technique for those that do not have a sand blaster, you hook it up let it run till bubbles of hydrogen and oxegen stop coming off, then the part should me black, you can use either a battery charger or a welder on 100% duty,
