I've got a 1953 that I bought at an auction. Just put two fresh batteries in it, but it won't start. When we chained it up to another pickup and pulled it and popped the clutch, it started and ran. But the running was rough, and it took a little pulling to get it to stay running. Sounds like the timing may be off? I opened up the distributer cap, and everything looked ok. Suggestions?
