Other possibilitys if equiped heat riser stuck closed, timing way to far ahead or retarded ,obstrucked exhaust muffler ,engine is tight from rebuild (i have seen this often) but odds are the rad ,the bonding of the core could be shot or the rad is plugged ~ Copey
