I spoke to the Dynatrac guys at Easter Jeep Safari in Moab and they said that they're coming out with rebuildable ball joints for the newer Dodge and Ford trucks in a few months. You have to go through the pain of replacing the stock ball joints with the Dynatrac ball joints, then you can rebuild the Dynatrac units in place. The Dynatrac ball joints supposedly will outlast the stock ball joints by about 3 times. I don't know how pricing will be, but not having to tear down your front end every 60K miles is a big plus.
