The glass shop I deal with uses my windshield frame to cut the right size, then they install the glass with Hot Urethane, same as current windshields. I took my doors to them and they just measured and cut glass for the side windows and installed it. I am sure in the Toronto area you have many good glass shops that can/will do the same.
