It does not answer your question about how Chrysler rated the Power-Wagon for advertising purposes, but it gives all the results of the official tractor testing on the Power-Wagon as performed at the University of Nebraska College of Agriculture. These results provide about the only fair way to realistically compare tractor to tractor. (In this case, the Power-Wagon was considered a tractor.) It also gives some insight into the various physical tests and the calculations used.
